FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the quality of materials, craftsmanship, and overall experience we provide. We focus on building fences that are done right the first time—straight, durable, and built to last. Every project is a little different, so pricing is based on factors like the type of material, total linear footage, number of gates, layout of the property, and any unique site conditions. We take the time to measure accurately and provide a clear, detailed quote so there are no surprises. We’re not a “quick and cheap” fence company—we’re focused on long-term value, clear communication, and a finished product you’ll be proud of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep our process simple, clear, and professional from start to finish: 1. Initial Contact & Scheduling Once you reach out, we’ll quickly connect to learn about your project and schedule an on-site estimate. 2. On-Site Estimate We visit your property, take detailed measurements, walk through layout options, and answer any questions so you feel confident in your choices. 3. Detailed Proposal You’ll receive a clear, itemized quote outlining materials, scope, and timeline—no surprises. 4. Scheduling & Installation Once approved, we get your project on the schedule and coordinate everything. Our crews focus on quality craftsmanship and a clean, efficient install. 5. Final Walkthrough We make sure everything meets our standards—and yours—before wrapping up the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team combines professional training with decades of hands-on experience in fence installation. As part of the Top Rail Fence network, we’ve gone through structured training on materials, installation standards, and best practices to ensure every project is done the right way. Just as importantly, our installation crews bring years—often decades—of real-world experience building fences in a wide range of conditions. That experience shows up in the details: proper post setting, clean lines, well-functioning gates, and a finished product that holds up over time. We believe the best results come from combining proven systems with skilled craftsmanship—and that’s what we bring to every project.
