Yes we ask for a short term commitment, this way it helps you to work harder to a short term goal. Our pricing may vary depending on what you want to achieve and how quickly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set a goal, map out the best process and time to achieve that goal, and teach the fundamentals of healthy eating, and fun workouts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nationally Qualified Bodybuilder. National CPT. Both of us have years of experience in the fitness industry. Corrective exercise, Sport Specific, and competition prep.
