Dan was right on time, extremely personable, and did a great job painting under my crown molding on a 14' stairwell. He also made himself available to assist me with some last minute light fixture installs.

Dan did an absolutely amazing job and knows his stuff! We had to have work done from a home inspection and Dan made the entire process very easy and affordable. He provided an itemized invoice (as requested by the buyers of the house) and fixed the real issues that the inspector made assumptions about. He was prompt and took the time to do the job right. He also made sure he met your expectations along the way. I would highly recommend Dan!!

I generally charge an hourly rate. However, sometimes larger projects are better estimated with quotes which include labor, or labor and materials.

I assess what they need and determine the best and most cost effective way to proceed with their project and then agree on a plan of action.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for ten years doing miscellaneous household maintenance and repair tasks for hotels, apartments and homes.
