- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very flexible on pricing. Can price match and also provide discounts ...if necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure that both the customer and I understand "exactly" what the customer want to accomplish. This is mostly put in writing. I also feel better when the customer gives their input, suggestions etc., as work progresses. My ultimate goal is to keep the customer happy with the "wow" factor ...when work is finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No Certificate and compare to actually doing the actual job over many years or extended period of time. I've had "Hands on training" for over 15 years remodeling properties from a-z, doing handyman work for customers and much more.
