A. debris removal, cleaning vacant houses, property preservation services. Carpentry repairs, kitchen installations, sheetrock repairs, repair faucets, cleaning drain lines, installing lamp assemblies-switches-outlets.

A. 1-Call for clogged sink drain and in-operative garbage disposal unit. Un-clog kitchen sink drain and clean out garbage disposal.
2- install motion lamps on back porch and side of house.
3-Caulk and repaint Brick house exterior complete.

A. I am Conscientious, and provide a quality service. I am experienced.
A facility maintenance supervisor for
local government owned commercial properties over 5 years. I provided Handyman and Maintenance repair services to multi-level city parking facilities, administration offices and built storage facilities for housing records. I trained and supervised janitorial housekeeping services for the same. I am a former licensed pest control and termite repair specialist. I have 6 years Residential Remodel and Handyman experience as apprentice to a contractor. I have experience working for major apartment complexes and make ready. I operated a painting service working for a stucco installer do all the trim work on his installations. I have Mechanical, and electrical Maintenance experience for over 25 yrs. I am registered with the State of Oklahoma and Oklahoma county. I carry general liability insurance. I enjoy meeting the customers needs.

A. I enjoy solving problems and leaving a satisfied customer.
I have always enjoyed working with my hands and using tools .I like challenges, working at different locations and meeting people.

A. Effective Maintenance and repairs of Residential and Commercial property requires a skill involving use of hand and power tools and technical knowledge as well.
A successful operator is well aware of the issues related to the service or repair offered.
A Handyman must have many necessary skills, a technical education along with excellent analysis and problem solving ability.The Job requires on going training to due to ever progressive advancements in science and technology. The operator must be Conscientious, have willingness to listen and
follow customer guidelines.

A. I am constantly involved in research for continuing education programs and involved in any applicable programs to stay abreast of the ever changing technologies and materials used in performing any service. I am excited about education and enjoy learning.
