- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing starts out at $250.00 for a basic home inspection which is a home that is under 2000 sq/ft. Anything over that would be added to the pricing. to see a list of prices please go to our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally when I work with new clients like to get to know then a short time. However, I am a hired hand that is there to complete a mission not intrude in their lives. after a short introduction I get started on the job and work until completion.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got my start in the construction industry at the ripe age of 8 whiling laying marble and tile for my step dad. I have since work many types of jobs and done many thing in the housing spectrum from including framing, electrical, plumbing, and many other aspects as a Handyman.
