We were moving from the east Coast and drove in for our house inspection. Prior to our arrival in-state, Jason walked us through what to expect on the day of inspection and sent us the documents for signatures. His customer service and response time to any questions or needs was excellent and reasonable. He was very thorough and professional with his inspection and walk through and explained everything to us, personally, that he noted in his report. We felt like we were treated as friends and not just clients. I mentioned some future home improvement projects and asked if he could point me in a good direction when the time came? He said we could call on him in the future for any help with our future projects. To summarize, Jason was very professional, personable, reliable and his customer service response was excellent. I highly recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can vary a little based on the square footage of the home and if there is more than 40 miles travel one way. I occasionally offer a discount if they also need a Termite inspection.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always do my best to communicate expectations verbally and in writing for the upcoming job as well as answer any questions they may have ahead of the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm also a licensed realtor which helps me understand what kind of concerns buyers and sellers are dealing with when they are getting an inspection done.
