- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can vary a little based on the square footage of the home and if there is more than 40 miles travel one way. I occasionally offer a discount if they also need a Termite inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always do my best to communicate expectations verbally and in writing for the upcoming job as well as answer any questions they may have ahead of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm also a licensed realtor which helps me understand what kind of concerns buyers and sellers are dealing with when they are getting an inspection done.
