FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I wouldn't say our pricing is complicated. We just prefer in person bids, this way we are on the same page about what you need done. If you request a quote, I'll typically respond with needing more information and ask you if I can come look at the job and give you a written proposal at the same time. This way, we meet, there isn't any guessing, and the price is firm.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This depends on the project, but typically one of us will meet with you at the property, go over in detail what you need done, take measurements, write you a proposal, and if you agree to have us do the work we'll sign a contract and pick a production date.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Matt and I both owned separate painting franchises in Washington state. We've worked in roofing, flooring, painting, foundation repair, and more. We both love working with our hands, building, creating, fixing many different things.
