- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard cleans start at $185 (1bd), $200 (2bd), $250 (3bd), $275 (4bd), and $310 (5bd). Deep cleans start at $299, and move-out cleans start at $349 — final pricing depends on home size and condition. Recurring clients lock in flat rates (1–3bd homes): • Monthly: $167 • Bi-weekly: $157 • Weekly: $150 New clients get 15% off first clean with code BLANC15. No contracts. No hidden fees. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I send a live quote based on your home's size and what you need — usually within minutes, not hours. If it works, we lock in a day and time on the spot. On cleaning day, two cleaners arrive with all supplies and equipment — nothing for you to provide. We follow a 49-point checklist so nothing gets missed, and you get before-and-after photos sent straight to your phone. Every clean is backed by our 72-hour satisfaction guarantee: if anything isn't right, we come back and make it right at no charge. Most clients start with a one-time clean, then switch to recurring (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) once they see how we work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every cleaner on our team is background-checked and trained on our 49-point Blanc Co checklist before entering any home. Training focuses on three things: • Product safety — correct use of products on all surfaces • Technique — proper order of cleaning to ensure no missed steps or rework • "If unsure, don't touch" rule — delicate or high-value items are photographed and skipped to avoid risk Blanc Co is fully licensed and insured with $1M in general liability coverage, so your home, belongings, and our team are fully protected.
