What horrible customer service. Their website is weak, no chat, and speaking to a person is very challenging. I signed up 3 weeks ago for a monthly subscription where there system took a long time to connect me to a cleaner and attempted to move me to an every other week experience. When I finally got someone to call me after selecting the help notification 3 + times over a few days, I received a phone call from a person who didnt understand basic English; couldnt articulate the cancellation policy nor the monthly maid fee for my home. Oh, btw- I couldnt hear her over rooster crows- yes, there were roosters in the background. The maid service was very good, but the one service cost me nearly $175 because I canceled. It just wasnt worth it for me at that price where they claimed they gave me a discount since I had so many problems. I would avoid
