I did not go with Octavio on my first job. I contacted 3 different companies all were within 15 to 20 dollars difference. I sent a request to them all on a Tuesday afternoon and was contacted by them all 3 by Tuesday evening. The only reason I went with a different company was because they assured me they could do the job the next afternoon. Octavio sent a comparable quote and was very professional in all our discussions. I just needed the work done the next day. If I could have waited a day I would have gone with Octavio. If you want a prompt, good job at a fair price He would be a great choice. I will definitely be keeping him in mind for further jobs.

I have used Octavio's services multiple times. Had him change thebl color of the interior walls and trim of a rental property. He cares about his work such that if he isn't satisfied with the results he'll proactively tell point out the issue to you and do what it takes to make it look good. Some of the trim he painted didn't hold the finish to his standards, he pointed it out to me and completely refinished the trima second time. Has competitive prices and is trustworthy.
