Lance was very professional and did great work repainting a bedroom (walls and ceiling). He responded very quickly, provided an estimate, was available when I wanted him, and did exactly as he stated in his quote. The process was easy. He even gave me some painting tips for any of my own painting efforts!

I recently found Simply Unique Painting & Drywall on Thumbtack. I hired them to patch and paint an interior wall, and to repair and paint exterior trim that had been damaged in the recent storms. They were available to come out for an estimate, and came back two days later to do the repair work. They were easy to work with, did fantastic work, and got the job done quickly. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough!

As a Retired Air Force veteran and proud homeowner, I am more than pleased with Mr. Lance and his dutiful partner of Simply Unique Painting & Drywall. I wanted to change the original exterior trim color of my home to a color that fits my personal unique style and get away from the boring "cookie cutter" home design. I am still receiving compliments from nearby neighbors and very pleased with the paint on the exterior and a room inside. Lance was sure to prioritize professionalism, coordination, and timely responses. His immaculate tuning into fine details of my expectations shows that him and his team do their absolute best. Getting to know him and his team during this project I could tell they are skilled, knowledgeable, very clean, respectful and make sure to maximize on customer service skills to meet my needs. He loves what he does and has a friendly team that is ready to work and give you a excellent experience! Below are before and after: *Blueish color was the original exterior color

Lance was great and so professional! He did an AMAZING job on fixing some holes in our drywall. We had a water leak and had to cut into the walls. 10/10 would recommend Lance and his crew!!
