After he initially failed to show up for the confirmed Thumbtack booking, he called to reschedule and explained that he has some clients outside of Thumbtack so the automatic booking system is not reliable. On our second appointment he arrived on time, completed the work quickly and efficiently, and was a pleasure to do business with. Hire him! But don't let Thumbtack book your appointment!
