Introduction: I am certified in prenatal massage, sports massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, muscle energy technique (MET), energy work, reflexology, and Lymphatic drainage. I frequently volunteer as a massage therapist for participants at the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathons, Redman's Triathlons, Redbud Classic, and The Oklahoma Freewheel 7 Day Bike Event. I have previously worked with the University of Oklahoma football, volleyball, and softball teams doing pre-game and post-game massages for team members. I am passionate about massage therapy and the healing benefits that I'm able to provide his patients. I use young living essential oils with all of my massages because they are the purest grade essential oils available.
