- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This company only consist of one crew but i the owner of fighters moving am a crew member and I have a decade of experience that I’ve procured thru grueling seasons thruout the years and I’m talking summer heat, and winter cold and don’t forget the tornados. Jeje joking about the tornados but I’ve worked for many different moving companies here inside the city and experienced how everyone else works and I even worked in Las Vegas Nevada for a while as a mover as well, loved it out there by the way, I’ve been thru the trenches of moving and I have that knowledge which I offer for a subtle price . I believe it’s worth it. Thank you for any business I may incur.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to ask many questions because accidents happen because your not prepared and well having all the answers I need and leaving no room for doubt or confusion or mystery can make the ship sail smoothly, yes some questions might be bizarre but it’s only to make sure you recieve the best quality care service any mover can possibly give. Also like to let the client know about some systems they can use to make their move more smoothly and efficiently of course, the happier you are the happier I can be, so I might make a few suggestions here and there, only coming from a professional perspective.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve read numerous books on leadership and have acquired a few nuggets of wisdom here and there for running a smooth operation. Plus I am mover myself.
