I can’t say enough great things about Carlos - he’s an absolute gem! Moving heavy furniture up to my second-floor apartment could’ve been a nightmare, but Carlos turned it into a walk in the park. He showed up right on time, just like he said he would, and was quick to reply to every text I sent, which instantly put me at ease. What really stood out was his incredible kindness and patience. I had asked for help very last minute, but Carlos came anyways with a smile. His warm, easygoing vibe made the whole experience feel like working with a friend you’ve known forever.
