FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First things first... I want to get to know you! What your hopes and dreams are! What you expect from yourself and me during our time together! Then, in our first session, I'll put you through a physical assessment. Not only to see where you are physically (and emotionally) but also give us something to build off of to prove that you're getting better and stronger as we put one foot in front of the other towards achieving your fitness goals :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified though the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) in Personal Training as well as Group Training. I have taught over 3500 group classes and have accumulated over 30 years of experience in the fitness arena. Additionally, I am currently in the midst of obtaining my Nutrition Certification through NASM
