Zak is a pro and takes pride in what he do. He has helped me get back on track gaining muscles in my thighs. He identified the problem my body was having while excersicing & told me step by step how to correct it. Zak makes me feel very proud about myself after each session.

I have been active my whole life, but recently gained a lot of weight and stopped exercising. I've been working with Zak for 3 weeks. He makes you feel comfortable and pays close attention to what your body is capable of handling. He pushes you when he sees you can do more. He doesn't judge, but rather motivates you to work, whether you make it an inch or a mile. He is very knowledgeable and helps you understand what you are doing, how to do it, and why you need it. He also guides you to good diet and exercise choices for off days. He has motivated me to stay active because my body adapts to what I do. Awesome trainer!

Just had my first session with Zak today and it was great! He was patient but motivating, professional but fun and seemed genuinely interested in helping me reach my goals. He's extremely knowledgeable about fitness and explains things as you go. I'm the most uneducated person when it comes to fitness and he made me feel as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for someone to build sessions based on your specific goals.

From the initial conversation to our weekly training sessions, I have been impressed. Zak has a very thorough knowledge of how the body works mechanically and caters to the individual's needs. I have a few dis-abilities that can throw off the "normal" training, but they were addressed immediately and with care/Intensive thought. The value of his training far outweighs any cost.
