Working with Jeremy at OKCPT has been an awesome experience! It had been a few years since I had worked out with weights in a gym, but Jeremy has helped me get comfortable with the equipment and workouts without judgement. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$35 for 30 minutes. No contracts or fees ever
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I always meet a new client face to face to answer any questions/concerns they may have. I give them a tour of our facility and then do a free assessment to check comfort level with doing basic exercises. I’ll have each client track their diet and cardio program for the first few weeks so we can make any adjustments necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I’ve been around the fitness industry my whole life in one regard or another. I’ve had hands on training with friends, family, and colleagues. I e completed hours of training with the Cooper Institute.
