I would absolutely recommend Hailey as a personal trainer! I worked out with her leading up to my wedding and she got me in the best shape of my life! She not only opened eyes to the idea of weight training but she also helped me with my diet! She was the perfect combination of patience and pressure while keeping me safe but pushing me harder then I thought my body was capable of. I far surpassed my fitness goals with her and feel comfortable in a gym environment by myself now. Truth be told I would still be working out with her if I hadn’t moved away from the OKC area. She is worth every penny! Icing on the cake was that she become a true friend and I looked forward to our sweat and chit chat sessions!

Hailey has been such a great trainer and supporter since I’ve started working with her. Her knowledge and ability to adapt workouts to your specific needs, even when working in a group are some of the few things that really make her stand out as an amazing trainer for me. I have worked with personal trainers before without much success, and I’m so grateful I found Hailey and that I’m feeling stronger and healthier everyday.

Hailey is great about listening to your needs and coming up with great ideas. She is tough but understanding about limitations. She finds new exercises that work better for my body type and age. She’s fun, intelligent and hard working. She’s great!♥️
