I got started with Reviax Training at 42 years old. I was overweight and had all of the health problems that go along with it. I'd tried almost everything but would always give up after a few months. The one thing I hadn't tried was a personal trainer, and now 2 years later I am convinced that it was the magic bullet for weight loss and improving my overall health. I just needed someone to teach me how to exercise properly in a 40+ year old body, keep me motivated, and hold me accountable, and he's done all of those things - all without me ever feeling judged or bad about myself. I'm now about 5 lbs from my goal weight (went from a size 16/18 to size 4), been taken off of several prescription medications because my health has dramatically improved, and my energy levels and quality of life are what I never imagined they could be. My only regret is that I waited so long to do this for myself.
