- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to do a Meet n' Greet if that makes my new customer feel comfortable and it is sometimes needed with certain services. I also live to give new customers references so, they can contact those whom I have provided services for so, they will have a piece of mind of my honesty, efficiency, and integrity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my company about three years ago and have ALWAYS been a very busy, active, detail-oriented, organized...and caring person. I have had on-line training, on pet care, through dogvacay.com and have had several pets of my own. I am also licensed in CPR & First Aid.
