- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We normally work off the insurance prices, so they pay for everything and you do not leave money on the table. WE can bet any competitors price because of our no overhead or commisioned sales people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My customers normally call me if they think they have had damage, I come look for free. and let them know. Many times there is not enough damage to turn in a claim. If your car or gutters was damaged then your roof may have it. I arrange to meet the adjuster and work with him on the estimate. I find 10 to 20% more than the adjuster alone will see, because I did his job for 20 years. I then go over the estimate with the homeowner and do the work. No money ever until the work is done.

Constantly keeping up with the latest materiels and installation procedures.
