- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not accept insurance but I do offer discounts during this difficult time of the pandemic and the epic wave of loss that people are experiencing right now.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a brief complimentary consultation so that we can determine a plan of action as to the best approach for your particular situation. Generally, after that, we set up a weekly scheduled appointment that takes place via phone or Zoom.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for years in the medical field as a Certified Medical Assistant in OB-GYN. Additionally, I have years over 25 years of Hospice training and volunteering. It is my life's purpose to offer calm and support to those that are suffering, no matter the cause, whether it be impending death, loss of a job, a relationship, a pet. It's all devastating. Sometimes we just need someone to lend a helping hand to us while we work through the pain of our lives.
