- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are required to provide continuing education to the State of Oklahoma each year for licensing. We are constantly upgrading our education and skills, not only through credited training for licensing, but through additional online training and resources through INTERNACHI, AHIT, and others. I personally have been the State and Regional President for the Oklahoma Residential & Commercial Inspectors Association, (ORCIA), and was appointed by Governor Brad Henry as a member of the Committee of Home Inspector Examiners for the State.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Most of my early work experience through high school was in construction during the summers and I have always been a DIY kind of guy. My career path took me into manufacturing, engineering, electrical/controls, HVAC, and after receiving my MBA, I decided to work on growing my own business. With my background and experience in the above, it was an easy choice.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Full Home Inspections as part of a real estate purchase, as well as Termite, Roof, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Mold, Septic, Well Water Testing.
