Being a first time home buyer, this process of getting everything done for the house has been a challenge. When I messaged Mark, concerning an inspection, he responded in minutes, answering each & every question I had. I believe I messaged on a Wednesday or Thursday & he had my inspection done that Saturday. He showed up early, got his work done, explained everything extremely thoroughly. Walked us through every concern & even gave superb advice. To top it off, the pricing was outstanding! Everywhere else I had called was near double his price for less to be inspected. I was hesitant because his prices were so affordable, but he absolutely impressed us with his expertise. A very detailed inspection was emailed to us before he got in his vehicle to leave, with no wait!! I cannot verbalize how outstanding he was. Mark was so very patient with us, considering the fact that we are new to all of this. I will use him again & I recommend his excellent work to all!

I was looking at purchasing a home and needed a home inspection to decide whether or not it was a good deal. He was prompt and arrived early. We only had one problem. Once he got Into the house the tenants wouldn’t give access to the hot water tank and two bedrooms. He was able to do the inspection and told me he would come back once the tenants were out and check out the areas he couldn’t access. A few weeks goes by and I contact him and he came back out quickly and checked out the whole house again. He explained everything wonderfully and did an amazing job. I’d recommend him to anyone. Thanks for all you did. You were beyond helpful and I appreciate you.
