We are an industrial oil company. One of our plotters went down on a Monday morning in the "Big Boss's" office. After our regular service team was a no-show/no-call, we resorted to Google and found Biffer Noble @ EPS-PROS; he was on site within one hour. Biffer determined that no parts were needed, he performed a calibration and firmware update, after about an hour and a half, we were up and running better than before! Biffer is more expensive than our last service provider, but as Dad always said, "pay more, get more'! Since then, we have used EPS-PROS for all of our plotter and printer service, we see them once or twice a week, as the other reviews state, Biffer is friendly and professional. I am a stay at home single mother of two twin girls under the age of 10. I office out of my home and run a national cosmetic firm right from the master bedroom of my home. I am technology challenged. I currently run (2) servers, and have 4 pc's, a couple of laptops and several printers on my in-house network. I also have a home security system, several monitors and a handful of devices for the girls. BIffer was recommended to me by my physician, and since I was in dire need of many repairs to the network and home technology devices, I called him right away. BIffer was at my house the next morning bright and early, with him he brought copies of his security and background checks, (I also found out he was prior law enforcement, that was a big win for me) and instantly I was at ease letting him in to my home. Biffer worked relentlessly all morning and by lunch time, all of the patches, repairs, updates on the computers were completed and he went strait into working on my servers, then the security system. Since then, BIffer has been on my speed dial, he is at me home office at least once a week; my girls love him, he even built a Play Station for them! Biffer is now a critical part of my household, I recommend him to the highest level of service, trust, integrity and honestly, I have truly found a "BIff" of all trades, and he really is like family, I do not know what I would have done with out him!
