- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For landscaping, painting and appliance install typically a flat rate. Moving quotes based on size of house, if going upstairs, and distance of move. Typical minimum is $200 including the truck fee. Fencing quotes are provided by a price per linear foot. This price varies depending on the style of fence the client wants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work diligently to provide a resonable initial bid. From there we strive to build relationships with the client by scheduleing a meeting at the project site to define the scope or if the situation allows we can conduct a 10 minute initial phone conversation, both options will allow us to fine tune our base estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
By day I am a Mechanical Engineer in the oil industry designing massive oil storage tanks, it's actually what brought me to this area, which I now have fallen in love with enough to purchase a home.
