- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitive, our goal isn't to be the cheapest dollar amount but to be the best value around. We do our best to set expectations of cost before coming out so you have a very close idea what you're getting into. No hidden fees. We give you all the options so you can make an informed decision based on what works best for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to communicate before coming out. We have a few basic questions that can help us both understand what you need and the costs associated with it. We are available through just about any form of communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the door industry for 25 years, and started this company in 2009. The people I have working for me have several years of experience. We do safety training, online seminars, and stay current with changing world of the service industry.
