Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: "You've got one less thing to worry about." We have years of experience and tons of satisfied recurring clients whom I can use as referrals, if needed. We use only all-natural, organic cleaning products that not only work great but smell great, too. You get a peace of mind with the fact that we are fully insured with a 1,000,000 dollar general liability policy. One-time only, weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleanings are available. Initial thorough cleaning is done one time only or is done the first time in cleanings. They are more expensive because it is a very thorough and detailed clean of the entire house, cleaning spots that haven't been cleaned in years. This process usually takes 5 to 6 hours, depending on the size and condition of the home. It initially takes a lot longer than the maintenance cleanings that will follow. Everything done in an initial thorough cleaning is done on an as-needed basis thereafter, at no additional cost to you. Initial thorough cleanings include everything on our maintenance cleaning list, plus the following extras: - Wet clean all baseboards - Wet clean all windowsills - Wet clean all doors and door frames - Wet clean all switch plates - Clean kitchen and bathroom cabinet facings - Remove books from bookshelves and clean - Wash all wall hangings with glass cleaner - Dust all lampshades - Vacuum under all necessary beds and furniture (If accessible) - Vacuum cushions and remove to clean underneath - Clean top of refrigerator - Dust all bottoms and sides of furniture - Dust all light fixtures - Clean all knickknacks, picture frames, back of picture frames (frames that are on shelves, etc.) - Clean sliding glass doors and prints from window glass Maintenance Cleaning: Maintenance cleaning is done after your initial thorough cleaning. It is less expensive and is frequent: weekly, biweekly, and monthly.
