You can hire anyone to do the job and most businesses can perform the desired scope of work but how well do they communicate? Or meet deadlines? We don't try and offer unrealistic expectations just to get the work, instead we try and give our customers realistic expectations of work to be performed and the time that it could take to complete. We approach every opportunity to serve our customer as we would want to be taken care of if we were having work done at our own homes.
There many things that I enjoy but probably the most satisfying is being able to bring someone's plans or dreams to life and leaving them with something that can be used and enjoyed for many years to come.

Nick Saunders from G&H is a stand up guy! He quoted me a fair price and even made suggestions that would be a better fit for my garden. I decided not to take he recommendation only because I had recently installed the garden irrigation and didn’t want to part with it right now. What I didn’t realize is that Nick and his team were connecting my existing garden irrigation to the new system… I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. He even made things right when the invoice was a little confusing. Nick did not hesitate to have integrity and fix the issue. I will definitely call them again with upcoming projects. Integrity, straightforwardness, work ethic and quality is G&H Outdoors top priority.

I got six estimates for a irrigation system. Out of the six only two listed a back flow preventer valve. This hardware is required per city code. I decided on G&H Outdoor Services. It took time for the installation to start because It rained so much. The yard stayed wet. Which created a backlog. The best time to do a irrigation installation is just after the freeze is over. I was more than pleased with the installation. The crew was hard working and very professional. The lead man made sure everything was correct. Thank you Mr. Nick and crew!

Nick really listened to what I wanted with landscaping and we went over everything while walking around my yard. The team did an excellent job installing edgers around flowerbeds and trees, & added weed fabric and mulch. They checked with me when there were questions and cared about getting the job done to my satisfaction.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon our initial meeting, I try to understand what is the ultimate goal that our customer has for their project. Once that is understood I try to tailor a scope of work that meets their budget and timeline.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Business administration but took several horticulture and landscaping classes while in college.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Honestly, when I was in high school I needed to make extra money and because I was an athlete, there weren't a lot of options so I started a lawn service because it was flexible. 19 years later here we are, doing something that was supposed to be temporary but turned out to be a lifetime passion.
