- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an hourly rate for the work that we do at the time we do it, plus materials. A small service fee may apply based on mileage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The bidding and hiring process at Thumbtack works very well for me as I hope it does for prospective clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to experience, I have completed a comprehensive irrigation training program through a local supplier who is a leader in the irrigation industry, twice. I also seek out emerging technology particularly in irrigation, and attend vendor-sponsored training events for outdoor lighting, irrigation, and outdoor construction in the winter. I also have an Associate's Degree in Applied Horticulture, emphasizing Landscape Maintenance and Construction.
