- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on years of experience at different locations in the nation. I am on the low end for the level of expertise that is brought to the table. I do charge drive time but am willing to work with any client on pricing. Pricing includes not only experience, but hardware needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give the customer a basic rundown of how I like to install things and why.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've installed close half a million piece in homes and business, including hospital systems and office buildings in Houston, TX.
