Bill started helping clients in the greater Tulsa area in December of 1999 and received his Broker’s license 24 months later is December 2001. Continuing Education and almost $58 million in production with almost 400 units also help Bill earn his Council of Residential Realtors (CRS) in 2011. Bill has had the pleasure of working with one of the top licensed real estate assistants, Lil Locicero, for almost six years. In 2010 we were again Eagle Award winners, which translate to one of the top producing teams in the company for total production. When Bill is not selling real estate he is spending time with his kids Brittany (15) and Tanner (13) or his two black labs Cabbo and Champ. Brittany and Tanner are both active in soccer and school activities. The Whitescarver’s are members of Kirk of the Hills Presbyterian Church. Bill lived in California for almost 25 years and was self employed for 13 years prior to his career in real estate and move to Tulsa in 1997. He is active in youth sports, cycling, running, racket ball, hiking at Turkey Mountain reading, history, working in the yard and time with family and friends. Lillian Locicero is from New York and called Tulsa home in 2004. She is a licensed real estate associate and joined Bill in April 2005 and manages our technology challenges, web sites and our listing and pending transactions. Lil is married to Tom and they have two children. Samuel is 12 years old and Benjamin is two years old.
