I also keep up with the industry online and do a continuous self study program with Hunter Irrigation.
I enjoy helping clients solve problems in the landscape, especially in conservation, erosion and drainage control, and efficient use of water in the landscape.

I highly recommend Mission Outdoors. Work required repair of broken irrigation/sprinkler lines, replacement of sprinkler heads, and general maintenance of my residential sprinkler system which had been out of commission for 3+ years. They were extremely punctual and very reasonable with their billable hours and equipment costs. They are also highly certified and knowledgeable in their field. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an hourly rate for the work that we do at the time we do it, plus materials. A small service fee may apply based on mileage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The bidding and hiring process at Thumbtack works very well for me as I hope it does for prospective clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to experience, I have completed a comprehensive irrigation training program through a local supplier who is a leader in the irrigation industry, twice.
I also seek out emerging technology particularly in irrigation, and attend vendor-sponsored training events for outdoor lighting, irrigation, and outdoor construction in the winter.
I also have an Associate's Degree in Applied Horticulture, emphasizing Landscape Maintenance and Construction.
