- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It can very from job to job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send them a quote, with my name and number asking them to feel free to ask questions. When I hear from them we discuss the details of the job and I look the job over, this allows me to be able to give a more accurate quote for the work to be performed. I explain the materials I'll be using and why, I ask if they have preferences to something else. Once we have come to an agreement we schedule a time for the work to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years experience as a welder, also 15 plus years in reconstruction and minor repairs.
