I have 5 1/2 years of experience in Windows and any general or deep cleaning, lots of references, and I do all cleaning at a reasonable rate! What I enjoy about my jobs are the people I get to meet, the help I'am able to provide to them, and the quality of the services I provide , and of course the reaction from the customer, it is a very rewarding job, and I'am so happy to help in these areas of people's lives that give them the time to devote their attention to other things, for example family time, or maybe some errands that need to be ran, the house cleaning they don't have to worry about coming home to really makes a huge difference, I've experienced this myself in my own home!

I had Jeanne do a deep cleaning of our house because we are moving and wanted to show our house to its best advantage. She showed up when she said she would, maybe even a little early. If she was unsure, she always asked me what I wanted done. The results were wonderful! Light fixtures were sparkling and woodwork gleaming. I would definitely use Jeanne again.

Had Jeanne and Liz deep clean the downstairs of my home. They probably deserve 5 stars but my house was in such bad shape, they couldn't do it all! Very pleasant and efficient and I have already hired them to come back.

Sister Sister has been cleaning my home for over a year now. During this time there has not been one time that they did not show at the time and date they we agreed upon. This had been a problem with others I had used. I have a large home and am always pleased when I come home to my clean house. I am comfortable with leaving or not being there when they are cleaning. When I paid them the first time i only had bills that would be paying $10 over, intending on it being a tip but I did not tell them. They went to get the change and when I came home the $10 change was sitting on the counter. That's integrity!! They do a great job cleaning and anytime I need something extra done or done differently they are so gracious to oblige. I have recommended Sister Sister to several people over the years and feel confident in my recommendation.

I price according to the job, that way everyone gets a fair deal!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go over what the customer would like to have done, in a pre-cleaning meeting, set a date and time for 1st cleaning, and work according to what the customer would like to have done!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Other than 5 1/2 years of experience, I used to clean with my mom professionally, when I was much younger, and then of course there's the housewife and mom experience of cleaning professionally as well, cause we all know that those are full time jobs as well, 😊!
