I had such an amazing morning on Monday with Samantha as our yoga instructor. She created a calm, welcoming space right off the bat. Her instructions were clear, even to a semi-beginner like myself. I felt so connected to my body through her guidance. It was also a great workout leaving me feeling energized and ready for the day. There was four in our group, and I got to meet some amazing people as well! If you’re interested in learning yoga or already into it, I definitely recommend Samantha. She’s knowledgeable and so much fun.

Sam is extremely understanding & welcoming to anyone trying yoga. I was a beginner doing yoga which I was nervous. But she would let us know to listen to our body and reassure us for showing up that day. Super calming and peaceful yogi instructor. Definitely recommend!!!

Yogi Sam was AMAZING! She not only guided you through her session, but offered modifications for anyone who may need alternative movements. She was also very resourceful and informative in explaining how some of the yoga poses/stances stretch certain areas of the body and how they can relieve muscle tension/pain.
Absolutely loved my experience and can’t wait to attend another session!
