James was very clear and responsive to my questions. He analyzed my MacBook Pro, which wouldn’t start up. Hard drive died but my data was recoverable. He gave me a quote, we set up an after hours drop off since I work during his business hours. He had it finished quickly and I picked it up. I had a few questions and he was happy to answer them and give me his professional insight. And...once I got home and started working on my computer, I realized he’d replaced the missing rubber pads on the bottom!!! Bonus!! I was only going to be in town a short while, and I debated on whether or not to wait and go to someone in Portland...I'm so glad I gave James my business! Great work, patient with questions, fair price, and fast turn around.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free diagnosis and estimate. I can pick up the device or the customer can drop it off at my location then, We then discuss the issues they are experiencing in detail, to aid in my troubleshooting steps.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems. More importantly I am Apple, Dell, Toshiba and A+ certified. ACDT, ACPT, A+, Dell Enterprise Server
How did you get started doing this type of work?
At 9 years of age I was helping to input punch cards for a mainframe computer the size of a large room.
