Introduction: I have a lot of personal experience in getting/keeping healthy as well as the education to support it. During 5 years of studying Exercise Science and Kinesiology at Sacramento State University I have been through classes covering human anatomy, physiology, basic sciences, as well as everything from motor learning to cardiovascular testing. I continue my education all of the time, recently becoming a Lifestyle and Weight Management specialist, and stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and facts.
I am a stay-at-home mom as well, so with limited time away from home, being able to reach a group of women all at once has been a very gratifying experience for me. I have also found that the group training with Adventure Boot Camp has brought each client much more success in weight-loss and other goals over personal training (and is cheaper for them too). It is a double bonus for all!
