If you want a job done from start to finish this company is not the choice for you. This company left me hanging for weeks at a time while they did other jobs. There were many occasions where schedules were just not observed and no one showed. Lastly, the term "it will add a couple hours" shockingly turned into thousands of dollars. My fault really though, because I didn't ask for written change orders and none were ever offered. I felt less than a customer many many times and have nothing good to say about AllRich.Feb 17, 2020VerifiedAllRich Construction Services's reply

Working with Stephen and his crew was a delight. He accomplished what he said he would do and more. He really treats your home as though it were his, and he aims to provide excellent outcomes. I would hire Stephen and his crew back on any of my upcoming projects.Jul 22, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Every job is unique in that there are many ways to setup a cost. Often times, this is where good contractors lose and the not so good get away with more than they are worth. Its best to discuss the options for every job, and it is equally important to understand the scope of your job in its entirety.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically, in a pre-construction meeting, all payment schedules and deposits will be agreed upon, and a contract will be built and signed before any work is started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Certificate of Completion for Building Construction Technology from 2006. 10+ years of residential construction experience.
