Kevin was first to give us a quote for the lawn replacement job I had described. As he walked the property, he also told me about the other home maintenance services he offers, which include power washing. So I asked him to include that in his price with the sod project.
The price was quite reasonable. I was put off a bit that he asked for 75% up front; but I realized that he needed to purchase the materials, as well as pay his helper.
Kevin explained the sodding project in detail, answered all my questions and gave us instructions for care after the sod was in place. Since the job was done only a few days ago, I don't know how it will turn out; but it looks terrific right now!
I'd certainly recommend All Seasons - Kevin was on time and actually finished both jobs in 2 days, rather than the 3 we had allotted. He was also very accommodating when it came to the other workers we had on-site at the same time.

Kevin was here promptly and performed all of the quoted duties including cleaning our gutters, flushing the downspouts, scrubbing and treating the roof for moss, and removing a large dead limb from high up in a tree. He cleaned everything up nicely. His price was competitive. We will be calling Kevin in the future to do our general yard maintenance.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each yard or project is different in it's own special way. Degree or current condition of project, size, accessibility, slope and materials needed. We do general pricing and also custom pricing dependent on each job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet on the day of the quote. I introduce myself, walk the property or project to understand completely what the customer is wanting done. I ask questions pertaining to the job and encourage the customer to ask questions in return. I feel that good communication leads to great work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've done all state exams / tests with the Oregon Landscape Contractors Board. Been in business for 10 years and have over 20 years in overall experience.
