Great to now have a true handyman. Tom was fast in getting back to me. On time to do the work. Was able to look at the workbench that had a collision with our car, figure out how it had been built based on the broken pieces, and rebuild it. He had the tools in his truck to do the work and clean up the mess. He even finished before his time estimate. We will definitely be utilizing him for future projects.

I had an assorted list of small projects for my new home and Tom delivered in spades! He was extremely responsive from my initial request, helped me scope out the work, and got it done efficiently across two visits. He was receptive to feedback and an easygoing presence in the house. Looking forward to having him back!

Tom did a fantastic job on our shed roof - even though he found out it was in way worse condition than we initially thought. But he walked us through the process, was very transparent about what needed to be fixed and why, and worked incredibly hard to get it done. This new shed roof is going to stand the test of time and perform worlds better than the old roof thanks to Tom. I look forward to working with him again!

Tom was quick to reply to my job request and was professional. He came out to inspect the work needed and gave me a reasonable quote. He was able to schedule right away and did a thorough job cleaning gutters, removing moss from the roof and applying treatment to help prevent moss from growing. He also did some pressure washing on our driveway and it looks great! Would highly recommend Tom for your projects and would hire him again.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour or by the project predicated upon the scope of work the job. Typically for small projects I charge by the hour as I have found this to be more cost effective for my clients. However if the duration of the job takes two or more days I will bid the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to set up an initial meeting for introductions and to review with the homeowner their project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended a 2 year long Home Repair training program through the City of Portland and the school I attended at the time. I have actively been a Handyman for 25 years.
