Honestly, Oleksandr Haletskyi would definitely qualify for all five of the descriptors listed. We have 5 rooms and 28 stair steps, and we were so pleased with the work he did. He fit us in after having worked another job and worked several hours without stopping. The floors and stair well are beautiful and it was entirely affordable. Oleksandr was pleasant, polite and totally customer-conscious. We would (and already have) recommended him to anyone who needs the carpets cleaned.
