My staircase handrail had come loose and detached from the wall. I contacted SURV and they were able to provide a very fast estimate and complete the project all within less than 24 hrs. Not only that, they worked with me to keep the price competitive and within my budget. Most importantly Daniel was great at communication and very knowledgeable and kind, and Derek was professional, efficient, kind, and thorough in his work. We had a range hood light that wasnt working. Derek was diligent and figured out what to do. A part was ordered and a follow up visit was scheduled. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He completed the task in good time and was careful to protect the surroundings.
