I had Thomas and his team come out to my house twice for appliance installs and a leaking garbage disposal. He was easy to negotiate with (and fair from other quotes I got), super responsive, and very transparent on the nature of the work and the price. The first time I hired them for dishwasher and over the range microwave installation, the job took significantly longer than anyone anticipated due to some interesting choices made by the previous owners/builders, but they honored the original price even including several trips to Home Depot for unexpected parts to adapt things and make sure the new appliances were installed correctly. I value professional integrity a great deal as a new home owner, and one whose family owned a construction business growing up as well, and these guys have that in spades and are honest and a good value.
