We had a short window when we decided to move from Austin to Portland. Thankfully we got Neil to help us find the perfect house that met all the requirements for our family. He is very friendly, responsive and super attentive. He even took the burden of managing some critical repairs while we were away. I know it wasn't easy for him to get what we wanted especially when the market at that time wasn't favoring the buyer. Besides that, I think what really makes him stand out as an agent is his ability and insight to process and analyze the market data while taking in clients' needs and coming up with proper strategies. I understand some agents prefer to be neutral in many aspects and tend to not give much advice, but that is not with Neil. We received some useful market analysis and advice for successfully buying our home under the post-pandemic market. I have closed a number of properties in the past and worked with 8 real estate agents so far. I would definitely rank Neil as one of the top two agents that I have worked with, and best in the Portland area.
