- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We make sure that all our prices are very affordable for our customers. We offer different services that will vary on price. We make our prices depending on the competitive prices, as well as occasional discounts. Residential and commercial services will be different. We strive to offer a fair price for quality work that will exceed our customers expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When it comes to our customer our first priority is that we get a clear understanding of what the customer needs done with the job, after we have a clear understanding we schedule it, as well as sending a detailed quote to the customer explaining the job and the cost.*
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been doing cleaning for 5 years, worked with a a cleaning company cleaning T mobiles early morning and late nights. I’ve also make sure that my employees have cleaning experience and are well trained.*
