I had called Abdul about 2 months before my deep clean to get on the schedule before the holidays. He had said 2-3 cleaners would come out for deep cleaning of appliances, windows, baseboards, bathrooms, etc. for $700. I thought that was high but if he did great work would be worth it. He never emailed a bid and scope of work despite me asking (he claimed he did and it went to my spam which I never received). Day of cleaning he texted 1 cleaner would come at 1:00. I did not think that was enough for a deep clean. He then said a married couple would show up at 11:00. 1 cleaner showed up at 11:00. Turns out Abdul put a message on Next Door for a random cleaner to take a 2-3 hour cleaning. I could not believe it. No vetting or any association with Abdul and Safe Clean LLC. She stayed 6 hours and was not able to finish the job. I felt bad for the cleaner who did show up as I felt she was misled. I also felt misled by Abdul. I paid $600. I would not use again.

The person who contacted me was very nice and punctual, which I appreciated. However, after the cleaning was finished, I noticed that the main task wasn’t done properly. There were paint stains on my hardwood floors in many areas—not just a few spots. These could have been easily removed with a bit of scrubbing. I pointed this out to both the cleaner and the business owner before they left, but unfortunately it wasn’t addressed. The owner had also promised that the lamps and all surfaces would be dusted, but that didn’t happen either. On a positive note, they did a very good job cleaning the bathrooms, though one of them was left with visible footprints afterward. I might consider hiring them again, but only if I can confirm that all areas are cleaned properly before making any payment. The business owner offered me a $10 refund, but I declined and paid the full amount. Photos below just a sample after I cleaned most of the floor myself. Update: After another visit to my home, I realized that windows frame weren't properly clean.
