I was looking for painter Friday night and Isai reached out and actually painted my bathroom the following morning! My original painter backed out last minute. I was so grateful I could get the job done! He was on time, very careful and clean and did a great job! Great price too!

I took some time to reflect before deciding to write this review. I'd like to start by stating that Isai is an absolute professional, and I would without doubt hire him again, and give his name to anyone who needed it. However, in truth, my true star rating is 4.5 stars. The quality of the work is amazing. Watching Isai cut into the ceiling without using any tape and having such a steady hand blew my mind. They showed up on time, if not a little early, each day. I work from home, and we were able to work around one another easily, and they were respectful of the fact that I was working and were not loud. I hired Isai/Aware to paint just the walls of my home. I live in a new construction home, and didn't think the trim or ceiling needed to be painted, I just couldn't stand the white walls anymore. I knew there were some dings in the trim and the doors that needed a little paint, but since it was minor, I planned to just do those small things myself. I know that accidents happen though and wanted to make sure I had all the paint needed in case a touch up was needed on the ceiling or the trim. As anyone who has painted themselves or hired a painter knows, small things happen, and there were a few of those little places with the trim. He looked over the paints I had available and picked what he thought was the correct paint to cover those minor drips or whatever they may be, and chose what he thought the correct paint was. This is where I would ding the star review. It was not the correct paint, and even though it was obvious it wasn't the correct paint (it was flat, when the existing paint was not), they proceeded to use this paint as they needed. I didn't pay much attention to this until the end when we were doing the final walk through. As I've continued to walk around my house and had different light and light angles coming in, I'm finding a lot of places where the incorrect paint it used. I'm going to start marking them with tape as I see them. I'm not upset about this because I was planning to do trim touch ups anyway, but now I have to go through my house and find all of these spots where the wrong paint was used, and also paint them as well. As a professional painter, which again, I have no qualms with the work quality, I would have expected that the correct paint would have been used, as it was readily available. After they left, I looked through my existing paints and noticed that the label did indeed read "flat" and that one of the five gallon buckets was a higher gloss, and is likely the paint that should have been used. I cannot confirm that part yet though, as I have yet to tend to these corrections myself. The only other very minor thing is that there were two holes in the wall that shouldn't have been painted over, as they were for the remote to my mini split. Once the paint was dry the next day and I went to put it back on the wall, the holes were gone, and I couldn't see where they had been, so I did my best to guess. Again, a tiny error, but still a bit inconvenient, especially when other holes for hanging things needed to be taken into consideration for the proper placement of the remote. I did my best, and it is fine, but I was nervous that I would put it too far left or too far right, as I don't have a good eye for these things. With the exception of the trim, the house looks AMAZING and I couldn't be happier with the work. They took every caution to protect my floors, furniture, etc. They cleaned up after themselves rather well. Isia really focuses on making sure the customer is happy and was very willing to correct a jagged line here or there. Aware was not the cheapest bid that I received, but they were a fair bid, and I like fairness. I also liked Isia when I met him for the estimate, and felt comfortable with him taking on the job and having him in my home. He, and his team were absolutely the right people for the job and I have zero regret. Again, I am SO happy with the results and to have my perfect grey walls back again. Isia, thank you so much for doing such an amazing job! My one tip would be to mention the ways you are able to accept payment in advance. I expected to be able to use my credit card, and went ahead and paid for the job in advance on that credit card, to avoid any possible issues. However, he was unable to take credit cards. This was not a big deal, and I will use the negative balance on my credit card, but this would be helpful for future customers, I think. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all you and your team did! It looks amazing and I've got the business cards I asked you for saved!

We had a fabulous experience with Aware for an intricate kitchen painting project. Omar and Isai are absolutely top notch and professional in every regard: organized, punctual, considerate, dependable. Plus, they are super-nice guys. We worked on an initial game plan together and then successfully and easily collaborated on a few adjustments along the way. We were thrilled with the final outcome and our new-look kitchen has gotten rave reviews from friends and visitors. I highly recommend!!

Omar and his team did a fantastic job. My project just started with a very tall entry way and the upstairs hallway I had them give me a quote for my Master Bedroom and Kitchen island. And again the results were amazing. I was impressed by the following: follow up (after the quote), punctuality, quality of work and clean up (it was like they were never there).
